Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role. Proficiency in ERP systems such as Netsuite; experience in creating dashboards, reports, and managing app implementation is essential. Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL. Strong grasp of financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting. Exceptional analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and report generation. Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a drive for identifying process improvement opportunities. Familiarity with the apparel, retail, or consumer product industries is advantageous.
