Job Description:
This role is a hands-on Business system analyst to work very closely with business stakeholders helping to analyze the requirements, work closely with engineering teams, platform teams and others through the entire Agile lifecycle process. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes and data requirements to produce robust solutions that meet their objectives and specified outcomes. • Work with end-user groups to define project KPIs and metrics, and collaborate with Engineering teams, Platform teams, and other teams to design, build, deploy and support solutions using internal technology and analytical platforms. • Lead systems implementation projects (e.g., requirements documentation, systems design, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution). • Provide subject matter expertise for the related process, systems, integrations, and identify impacts and triage issues due to bugs, functional changes, etc • Enable engineering outcomes and documentation of the features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Support the development of the epics and user stories through product definition. • Support the ongoing refinement of the Product Backlog. • Collaborate closely with Pod Lead(s), Product Owner, and relevant business SMEs. • Drive required process definition during detailed design, as required. • Support development of materials, including decision points, storytelling, and logical structuring • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create artifacts. • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work. • Drive toward deadlines, managing competing priorities among targeted modules and escalating for support as needed. • Participate in team problem solving efforts. • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work product. • Collect, Analyze and report Business Data Use Large data set to define KPI's and generate reports. • Build and Maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to track data. • Write queries or data transformation scripts using SQL etc.
