Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, including overseeing performance management.
12+ years of relevant software engineering experience, or PhD + 8 years, including technical management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of experience managing other managers and 5 years leading technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in technical management of large-scale distributed systems.
Public Compensation: $219,000/year to $301,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
