is looking for an experienced
Technical Project Manager (TPM) - Hardware Solutions Delivery
to lead the deployment and lifecycle management of self-service badging kiosks, printers, and visitor management hardware across Oracle's sites. This role plays a critical part in ensuring secure, efficient access for employees and visitors, even at unattended locations. As a TPM reporting to the Global Director of Systems Operations, your mission will be to implement robust and scalable hardware solutions that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with security standards globally. Responsibilities Hardware Delivery & Lifecycle Management Oversee the complete delivery, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of visitor and badging kiosks, biometric devices, and badge printers.
Establish and uphold standards for hardware selection and installation to ensure maximum reliability and uptime.
Manage inventory and coordinate hardware replacements and upgrades while ensuring compliance with security policies.
Project Management & Coordination Develop and lead hardware rollout projects for both new and existing locations.
Create and manage project plans and schedules to guarantee timely and budget-friendly deployments.
Act as the main point of contact for resolving hardware delivery issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration Engage and collaborate with external vendors for hardware sourcing and technical support, ensuring service level agreements are met.
Work closely with internal teams to align initiatives with Oracle's physical security needs.
Process Improvement & Compliance Continuously evaluate and optimize hardware management processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with Oracle's security and privacy requirements, keeping documentation ready for audits.
Support processes designed to maintain high availability of critical access infrastructure.
Innovation & Best Practices Stay updated with emerging trends in badging and biometric technology; pilot new solutions that can improve Oracle's security operations.
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to assess new technologies before full deployment.
Required Qualifications & Key Competencies Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in technical project management related to physical security hardware.
Proven experience in deploying badging and visitor management hardware.
Exceptional project planning, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong documentation abilities, particularly for compliance and audit purposes.
Excellent communication skills for all stakeholder levels.
Self-motivated with a strong track record of independently managing significant hardware projects.
Desirable Qualifications Professional certifications (PMP, PSP, or related hardware certifications).
Knowledge of physical security, access control, and compliance best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001).
Experience with process automation and data analytics related to hardware management.
#LI-DNP Salary and Benefits The hiring range for this position is between $90,100 and $199,500 per annum, including eligibility for bonus and equity opportunities.
