*Job Description:* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time / Part-Time Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through therapeutic massage. You will be responsible for providing a variety of massage techniques, creating personalized treatment plans, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and sports massage.
* Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
* Create personalized treatment plans to address specific client concerns.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in massage therapy.
* Ensure compliance with all spa policies and procedures.
* Assist with other spa-related tasks as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid state licensure in massage therapy.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* Professional, punctual, and reliable.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
