Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ - All 5 days a week onsite
Roles & Responsibilities:
Industry Knowledge: Banking, Payment and Credit Card domain experience Experience: 10 to 12 Years of industry experience Experience in Credit Card issuer area like
card application, account management, credit & terms, rewards & benefits, payment processing, billing and collection monetary processing, Non-Monetary processing, Credit Bureau Processing, Reissue, Month end processing, Payments, Rewards, Rules processing, Configurations, and Reporting, regulatory compliance in the area of interest rate, and cardholder data how credit card issuer lifecycle works for business / merchant, financial institutes
Job Description: • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys. Understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements. • Analyze existing processes and identify gaps or improvement areas • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories. Extraction of existing calculation and/or business logic. • Maintain traceability matrices to ensure all requirements are covered. Communicate effectively with business users, developers, testers, and project managers.
Required Skills: • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects • Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation (BRD, FRD, user stories) • Worked in process orchestration & LCNC ( Low Code No Code) platforms like outsystems related projects. • Proven experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
