Position Details: The IT Infrastructure and Operations Team is a global team, responsible for successfully delivering continuous support to all staff within the firm as well as technology projects to drive efficiency and productivity across the firm's various business units. This Systems Administrator will partner with the international team to support local clients and contribute to projects impacting this team while owning the local response to incidents, delivering world class response.
Qualifications Include: • Education - B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or a related degree. • Outstanding Time management and Prioritization Skills - proven experience with structuring and managing workload with the ability to prioritize and keep multiple workstreams on-time. • Process oriented - proven experience of working in a structured environment. Desire to understand and improve existing processes and procedures. Ability to create and support documentation. • Outstanding Communication and Business Relationship Skills - exceptional professionalism, integrity, dedication, high level of energy, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal and relationship building and management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive execution while managing internal stakeholder expectations across the enterprise. • Cultural Fit - ability to communicate, collaborate and succeed in a dynamic organization. Being inclusive, transparent, communicative, and demonstrating a passion for understanding the business is key. The successful candidate will be agile and able to deal with ambiguity.
Requirements Include: • Demonstrated experience with ticket management system (Jira, Servicenow or Confluence), meeting standard SLAs for Tier I-III incidents and complying with all SOP and documentation expectations • Experience in a MS 365 in both on-prem and cloud based applications and incident resolution experience on mobile devices and applications • Powershell and Batch scripting experience - main emphasis on efficiency • Strong and dedication communication skills in virtual and/or in-person settings to resolve tickets and tech related issues, timeliness, ownership of work and passion for understanding and supporting business and tech initiatives • Good working knowledge and hands-on experience of networks and infrastructure working in a high availability environment, Cisco Meraki switching, wireless and security • Exhibit urgency in solving problems, going deep into more complex challenges, and suggesting improvement to current processes and tools
