Program Leader

The Role The Program Leader will take charge of harmonizing quality assurance processes, tools, and programs, ensuring uniform application of Quality Management Systems across all locations. This vital position will establish standardized procedures to maintain consistent quality across various sites. Engaging with different organizational levels, the Program Leader will advance the implementation of these systems and assist in developing a comprehensive Quality Roadmap that meets the growing global demands. Key Responsibilities Lead the entire program development process from inception to execution by effectively coordinating with experts across multiple sites. Develop a comprehensive project plan using project management tools to monitor timely program implementation.
Serve as a vital link between sites, ensuring the best interests of FUJIFILM Electronic Materials are prioritized.
Assist teams in designing programs and processes to achieve and sustain consistency.
Establish program controls and reporting systems, providing regular updates on alignment, while addressing concerns with strategic solutions.
Collaborate with the Steering Committee on program components to ensure regional and global alignment before implementation.
Evaluate current practices, pinpoint areas for improvement, and partner with the Quality Director to define a localized Quality Roadmap in line with the global strategy.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering discipline is required.
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance is mandatory.
5+ years of experience in semiconductor or chemical manufacturing is essential.
5 years of program or project management experience leading teams is required.
Willingness to travel 25-50% is expected.
