About the Role and Company EC1 Partners are working closely with a high-growth FinTech SaaS company that delivers workflow automation solutions for asset managers and private equity firms. Headquartered in New York with a global client base, the business is expanding its internal systems team and hiring a Salesforce Developer to optimize CRM workflows and client integrations.
What You Will Do Build and maintain custom Salesforce components and automations Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages as needed Implement 3rd-party integrations and Salesforce API endpoints Support system scalability, security, and maintenance What You Bring
3+ years Salesforce development experience (Lightning/Apex) Strong understanding of CRM workflows in financial services Experience integrating Salesforce with other SaaS tools (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite) Salesforce Developer Certification preferred Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, remote-first teams
