Soni is looking for a skilled and service-oriented Systems Administrator to support our key client accounts on a full-time basis. This role combines hands-on technical support with project involvement, requiring both strong technical expertise and exceptional client-facing communication skills. You will deliver support across desktop, server, and network environments while contributing to infrastructure improvement initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-dedicated environment and enjoys building strong, long-term relationships while delivering high-quality IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily technical support for end-user systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Participate in and help lead infrastructure projects such as hardware refreshes, system migrations, and network deployments.
Proactively identify risks or improvement opportunities within the client's environment and recommend practical solutions.
Accurately document issues, resolutions, and project updates within the service management platform.
Act as a primary liaison between the client and internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and satisfaction remains high. Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting desktops, servers, and network environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core networking fundamentals.
Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity, firewall configurations, and network performance issues.
Familiarity with professional services automation (PSA) or ticketing systems commonly used in managed services environments.
Exposure to virtualization platforms and modern networking technologies.
Ability to evaluate existing environments and recommend improvements aligned with security best practices and budget considerations. Must have Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience Client-Focused Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
Strong customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building.
Empathetic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Commitment to delivering a positive and professional client experience. Additional Strengths
Ability to work independently in a client-facing setting while remaining connected to a broader technical team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation:
$110,000 to $120,000 annually Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
