*This is an in-office leadership role.*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Financial Oversight:* Manage all financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* *Financial Reporting:* Prepare and present accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) to senior leadership, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
* *Cash Flow Management:* Monitor and manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial resources to ensure operational efficiency.
* *Budgeting & Forecasting:* Develop, maintain, and refine budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic growth initiatives.
* *Regulatory Compliance:* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations, including payroll taxes for both W2 employees and independent contractors.
* *Process Improvement:* Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and support the organization’s ongoing growth.
* *Strategic Leadership:* Provide actionable financial insights to executive leadership, driving informed decision-making and organizational success.
*The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*
* *Education & Certifications:* CPA certification is required.
* *Experience:* At least 5 years of senior-level financial experience, ideally in a professional services.
* *Financial Expertise:* Deep knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax regulations. Comfort with GAAP and other financial principles is essential.
* *Leadership Skills:* Proven experience leading and mentoring a financial team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
* *Analytical Thinking:* A strong ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable strategies.
* *Technology Proficiency:* Strong familiarity with financial software systems and advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial tools and platforms is a plus.
* *Communication Skills:* Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, understandable way to all levels of the organization.

* Salary Range: *$90,000 - $125,000*, based on experience.
