EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a well-established independent estate agency based in Kensington to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their experienced team. In this role you will be dealing with a range of properties from mid to high end, working with a lucrative commission structure paying up to 15% and working Monday to Friday with Saturdays by appointment only giving you more work/life balance! Offering £50k OTE pa. Interviewing now with an immediate start. Responsibilities: Sales Negotiator To maintain & implement a strong professional presence in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Registering new applicants Dealing with relocation agents, Embassies, and corporate applicants Arrange and accompany property viewings Keep vendors updated on the marketing of their property and feedback Negotiate offers and agree sales Sales progression Package/Benefits: Basic salary - £25,000 P.A. / £50k OTE P.A.
