Design Manager
to lead its in-house design team. With decades of expertise in delivering high-quality, bespoke timber frame homes, this organisation specialises in efficient, sustainable construction and prides itself on technical excellence and customer-focused design. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented design professional with proven leadership experience to play a key role in delivering outstanding residential projects from concept through to manufacture.
The Role
As Design Manager, you will oversee the full design process for bespoke residential homes and small-scale developments, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a small team of Designers and Technicians, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and internal manufacturing and construction teams to translate client visions into thoughtful, buildable solutions. This is a full-time, office-based position in East Grinstead.
