£40,000 – £55,000 + Company Vehicle + Uncapped Commission NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a well-established dealer of OEM construction machinery who are looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to cover the Swaffham region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected dealership representing premium machinery brands, selling into contractors, plant hire companies and civil engineering businesses across the territory. The Role
Selling a range of OEM construction machinery including excavators, loading shovels and heavy plant equipment
Managing and developing an existing customer base while driving new business
Covering a defined territory around Swaffham
Handling the full sales process from lead generation through to deal closure and handover
Working closely with service and parts departments to ensure strong aftersales support
Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
