Sales and Operations Manager to lead a busy and growing automotive B2B centre. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for managing all aspects of the centre, driving team performance, operational excellence, and commercial results. If you have strong leadership experience and a proven track record in driving sales, this could be the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team to deliver operational and business objectives
Drive performance and sales growth, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met
Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve customer service
Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and take action to optimise results
Support team development through coaching, personal development plans, and succession planning
Oversee budgets, operational processes, and compliance
Maintain a customer-focused culture and high levels of satisfaction
