Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated, results-driven
Outbound Sales Representatives
to join our high-performing Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by performance-based rewards. In this position, you will engage with existing account holders who do not yet have full-service packages, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional solutions that meet their home service needs. If you are persuasive, coachable, and motivated by goals, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in sales.

9:00 PM Friday shifts between
9:00 AM

Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Represent a major regional shipping organization through outbound acquisition sales Identify customer needs by asking effective, probing questions Present tailored solutions and promote account benefits Address objections with confidence and persuasive communication Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and retention Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings Consistently meet or exceed performance targets Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and refine sales strategies Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills: Experience in call centers, sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing Strong communication and active listening skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Coachable, goal-driven, and motivated by performance Resilient and comfortable handling rejection Ability to multitask across multiple systems Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 6 months of sales experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar) Strong computer proficiency required Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary
