Minimum 1-year contract About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Technical Business Analyst (TBA)
to support a rapidly growing
Aesthetics Business Unit . In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by improving data quality, optimizing data architecture, and implementing data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Act as the liaison between IT and business teams to gather and document business requirements Translate business needs into clear technical specifications in collaboration with vendors and implementation teams Evaluate current IT infrastructure and business processes to improve efficiency and data quality Support and lead implementation efforts for new software enhancements Conduct
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
to validate system functionality and performance Build automated dashboards and reports using
SQL, Power BI, and Tableau Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to operations teams to improve product adoption Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems Requirements 57 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data modeling Strong SQL expertise Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses such as Databricks or Snowflake Understanding of Lakehouse Architecture Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) processes Experience working in Agile environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in the
dermatology or pharmaceutical industry Familiarity with
Veeva CRM
