Assistant Nurse Manager

• Schedule : 6p-4a; 4 days a week with rotating every forth Sunday
• Department : Orthopedics 
• Location : Forsyth Medical Center – Winston Salem, NC

The orthopedics adult acute care med/surg unit is a 39 bed newly renovated unit that specializes in total joint replacements, orthopedic condition management, spine surgery/procedures, complicated headaches and retractable migraines

• Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience,preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:  Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications, required. 
• Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
