Sales Director
to lead and shape our regional sales function.
We are seeking an individual with outstanding leadership qualities, strong motivational and people management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the home-buying process. This pivotal role involves driving the development and successful implementation of the regional sales strategy to achieve operational, financial, and customer experience objectives aligned with the Region's business plan. You will be responsible for maximising sales volumes, revenue, and cash-flow opportunities while collaborating closely with build, commercial, technical, and land teams to support the wider business plan and future growth initiatives.
