A Head of Software Engineering with a genuine passion for technology, leading teams of teams as well as playing a key part in the delivery of cutting-edge products required asap. Remote working (UK) with once a month in person team collaboration days.
** £120-140k base salary, bonus, generous pension, 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), healthcare plus much more on offer. This is initially a 12-18 month fixed term contract **

As Head of Software Engineering, your job is make sure the multidisciplinary software engineering teams
have
everything they need to deliver a fantastic product to customers and clients, and that everyone understands the product roadmap and business objectives. That means aligning architecture and technology roadmaps and ensuring were building the right features and capabilities (knowing what good looks like) at the right time.
