About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our brand-new Simplicity Sales team at a pivotal point in its journey. As a Simplicity Funeral Plan Sales Agent, you'll play a key role in helping customers understand and choose the right product for them, delivering outstanding service while driving strong sales performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound and outbound sales conversations with customers Understanding customer needs and confidently presenting the Simplicity product Converting enquiries into sales through engaging, ethical and effective conversations Working to clear targets and KPIs in a fast-moving environment Being part of a new, evolving team where your ideas and input genuinely matter What We're Looking For
