About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
MEP Design Manager
to lead the detailed design development of building services systems, ensuring that all technical, performance, and commercial requirements are met. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating design activities, driving quality and compliance, and supporting project delivery from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the full MEP design process across all project stages.
Act as the interface between consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
Review and approve design submissions, calculations, and technical drawings.
Manage design change control processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Lead design coordination meetings and oversee the clash detection and resolution process.
Ensure all MEP designs align with sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental objectives.
Provide technical support during tendering and throughout the construction phases.
