The Opportunity
Are you a commercially driven leader who thrives in the "engine room" of a busy sales office? We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager on behalf of our client to lead internal sales operations in Bicester.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be the bridge between the sales floor and the boardroom, ensuring our team runs with precision, speed,and exceptional service. This is a pivotal role requiring a leader who can balance technical understanding with people management to ensure the office runs like clockwork.
