An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Manager with an architectural background to join a leading UK main contractor on high-profile fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary design teams on complex projects, managing all aspects of preconstruction and design delivery from concept through to handover. This is ideal for someone with strong preconstruction experience and a proven track record delivering high-specification fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor design teams, driving excellence and innovation. Manage preconstruction design, from concept through technical delivery. Coordinate outputs with architects, engineers, and consultants. Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards.
