A well-established and expanding energy solutions provider is seeking a commercially astute Sales Managerto drive growth across its CHP and integrated on-site generation portfolio throughout Scotland on a full time permanent basis.
This is a high-impact, senior sales role focused on delivering technically robust, financially compelling energy solutions to industrial and commercial customers across the UK.
Key purpose:
You will be responsible for selling a broad portfolio of CHP and integrated energy systems, supporting clients in reducing energy costs, improving resilience, and meeting decarbonisation objectives. Projects typically involve complex technical and commercial structures, requiring a consultative approach and strong stakeholder engagement. You will manage the full sales lifecycle
from opportunity generation and feasibility through to tender submission, commercial negotiation, and contract award. This role offers genuine autonomy, strong internal technical support, and the opportunity to work on strategically significant energy infrastructure projects.
