Role Overview
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Tapflo UK, you’ll lead mechanical design and development for bespoke pump systems and process skids. You'll bring technical excellence to the team, support innovation, and ensure solutions meet exacting standards including ATEX, EHEDG, and ISO compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and produce mechanical design for custom pump systems, assemblies, and control panels. Conduct P&ID reviews, friction-loss calculations, and CPSA-style audits to optimise designs. Drive R&D for new and existing engineered solutions and pump technologies. Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and sales to meet customer requirements. Provide technical support across the business—including manufacturing and after-sales. Create technical drawings, Bill of Materials, and full documentation for compliance and delivery.
