You will collaborate closely with Automation, ERP, OT, IT, and regional Engineering and Operations teams to deliver stable, scalable, and standardized MES capabilities across manufacturing sites. This position is critical to advancing Corteva's digital manufacturing strategy and enabling safe, efficient, and data-driven operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Own the technical architecture, standards, and integrity of MES and related automation systems across production operations.
+ Develop roadmap strategies that guide the evolution of MES and automation capabilities, ensuring MES solutions integrate effectively with industrial automation, enterprise systems, and plant networks.
+ Lead troubleshooting and resolution of MES related production outages and technical issues.
+ Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities supporting productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
+ Maintain and improve PCN (Process Control Network) infrastructure and software; ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
+ Provide documentation, training, and guidance to support site level automation and MES resources.
+ Lead or support capital project execution, including design, scope development, vendor management, commissioning, and startup.
+ Collaborate with cross regional engineering teams to deploy standards, best practices, and harmonized MES capabilities.
+ Drive adherence to MOC (Management of Change) processes for automation and MES changes.
+ Assist the MES Product Owner in translating business requirements into sustainable, scalable technical solutions.
**Qualifications & Skills**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
+ 10+ years of experience in industrial automation and/or MES environments.
+ Strong expertise with industrial automation technologies including PLCs, HMIs, industrial devices, and Rockwell ecosystems.
+ Experience working with manufacturing data architecture and database management systems (e.g. SQL systems, reporting tools).
+ Solid understanding of Windows Server/PC environments (physical & virtual) and industrial networking.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems and support production operations.
+ Effective communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience with Delmia Apriso MES, FactoryTalk, Ignition, or similar manufacturing platforms.
+ Familiarity with recipe/batch management, ERP integrations, and historian systems.
+ Experience developing and/or deploying global standards across distributed manufacturing networks.
+ Strong problem solving ability and data driven decision making mindset.
+ Passion for continuous learning and technology innovation.

The salary range for this position is $109,210.00 to $136,510.00.
This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
