Job Description:
Are you a sales-driven professional passionate about building strong partner relationships and driving customer retention? As our Partner Sales Specialist, you will be key in optimizing the renewal process for medium-segment accounts, managing partner sales requests, and identifying upsell opportunities for the Sage 300 and Business Vision (BV) product lines. To thrive in this role, you will focus on ensuring seamless renewals for Sage 300 customers (4K and under) and Business Vision customers while actively growing the Business Care upsell pipeline
*This is a hybrid office environment where you come into the office 3 days a week in downtown Vancouver or downtown Toronto*
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage renewal process for Accounts for Sage 300 and BV product lines.
- Track and report on all renewals that miss their renewal date
- Work with the Order to Cash team on matching payments.
- Work with the Business Care and Sales Ops team to follow up on missing order payments.
-Participate in daily huddles with Account Managers.
- Manage Business Care upsell pipeline (Upsell Sage 300 customers).
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
-Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Experience with customer-direct software or similar platforms.
-Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
