**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Safely operate a 5‑axle truck to transport and deliver Ready-Mix Concrete to customer and job sites
+ Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and ensure vehicle readiness
+ Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and compliance with transportation regulations
+ Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to support daily operations
+ Follow all company safety procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Strong commitment to safe driving and compliance with transportation and site protocols
+ Demonstrated capability to operate heavy trucks and related equipment
+ Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
+ Strong judgment and ability to work independently in various conditions
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills to support collaborative operations
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
+ Valid Class 1 or Class 3 License is required
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
