**Job Summary**
TYLin is seeking a Talent Attraction Partner in Vancouver, Canada to drive full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. and Canada. This role partners closely with hiring managers, the Global Infrastructure (GI) Talent Attraction team, and key GI stakeholders to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent-particularly within the AEC market. The position requires expertise in managing complex searches and leveraging market intelligence to build a diverse, high-performing candidate pipelines aligned with business priorities.
Success in this role depends on the ability to advise hiring leaders, standardize and enhance recruitment operations, and uphold high standards of integrity, collaboration, and inclusion-while consistently delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience.
**Responsibilities & Qualifications**
**What You'll Contribute**
+ Partner with hiring managers, within the Global Talent Attraction team, and Global Infrastructure (GI) stakeholders to attract and retain top talent for open positions.
+ Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, implementing innovative strategies and best practices to ensure efficient requisition management and timely job postings.
+ Conduct ongoing market research within the sectors in which GI operates including sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitive positioning.
+ Manage complex and hard-to-fill searches, utilizing advanced recruitment methodologies to identify and engage high-potential talent pools.
+ Advise and coach hiring managers to uphold high talent standards while aligning expectations with market conditions and business needs.
+ Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline in alignment with the Diversity Hiring Initiative for opportunities in the U.S., U.K., and Canada.
+ Ensure transparency throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle by maintaining consistent communication, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
+ Foster a collaborative recruitment environment with clearly defined performance metrics and service-level expectations.
+ Standardize and continuously improve hiring procedures, recruitment metrics, and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
+ Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
**What You'll Bring**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+ At least 2+ years recruiting experience, agency recruiting preferred. 
+ LinkedIn Recruiter experience essential.
+ Experience hiring within the AEC Markets preferred.
+ Experience with Workday preferred.
+ Proficiency in applicable technology such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS systems and PowerBI.
+ Strong understanding of standard HR practices and current fair employment practices. 
+ Passion for people and talent attraction, along with an understanding of talent pipelines, branding, and the full life recruiting life cycle.

**Additional Information**
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $70,000 - $88,000 annually CAN for this position and local market.
