**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a multi-disciplinary product team to deliver innovative solutions for client onboarding and account management
+ Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear product roadmap, outlining current priorities, upcoming initiatives, and long-term vision
+ Ensure the roadmap reflects stakeholder requirements, resource needs, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria
+ Manage system plans and supporting artifacts to deliver on promised business value
+ Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development
+ Collaborate with adjacent product teams and firm leaders to ensure cohesive product strategy and execution
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
+ Extensive knowledge of financial services, with emphasis on client onboarding or contact relationship systems
+ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
+ Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail; able to navigate ambiguity and deliver results
+ Proven experience in Agile software development and product management, including roadmap creation and management
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
+ Product-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
