**Location:** Edmonton, AB
**Shift:** Evening shifts begin after 2pm, Overnight shifts begin after 8pm; Day shift from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday
Our client is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and dependability, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Assist with confirming RSVPs for a prospecting client event via phone
+ Provide information and respond to inquiries about event details
+ Record and document customer interactions accurately
+ Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation
+ Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Attention to detail and customer service orientation
+ Dependability and ability to work independently
+ Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
+ High school diploma or GED preferred; 2-4 years customer service experience required
