As a **Sawmill Superintendent** with
Interfor, you'll lead the overall operations of a modern sawmill, driving
safety, productivity, and team engagement in a dynamic environment. This is an

**What We Offer**
Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and
qualifications, with an expected range of **$130,000 - $145,000 (CAD)** per

**Highlights of the Role**

**What You Offer**
+ **Experience:** 5-7 years of progressive supervisory experience in sawmill or manufacturing operations.
+ **Education:** Post-secondary education in a related field preferred (degree or diploma an asset).
+ **Leadership:** Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
+ **Skills:** Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
+ **Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of sawmill processes, safety, and optimization best practices.
