As a **Senior Engineer** specializing in municipal and land development engineering, you'll collaborate with brilliant minds and contribute to high-profile projects that shape communities across Alberta and beyond. This role is available in our Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, or Red Deer offices.
You'll work on projects ranging from small-scale developments to major infrastructure initiatives, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior professionals while engaging directly with clients and approval agencies.
**Your Impact**
+ **Deliver** innovative engineering solutions for municipal infrastructure systems, including water supply, sewage collection, stormwater management, and transportation networks.
+ **Lead** technical reviews and ensure quality assurance across drawings, reports, and design documents.
+ **Collaborate** with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural elements into cohesive designs.
+ **Guide** and mentor junior engineers and technologists throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to construction support.
+ **Engage** with clients and stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain strong relationships.
+ **Champion** sustainable and innovative approaches that enhance community resilience and environmental stewardship.
**The Skills That Set You Apart**
+ 15+ years of hands-on engineering experience in municipal and land development projects within a consulting environment.
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and registration as a P.Eng. in Alberta (additional provincial registrations are an asset).
+ Proven ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional standards and deliver complex projects with precision.
+ Expertise in technical writing for reports, manuals, and memos, coupled with strong presentation skills.
+ A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and inspire teams while driving technical excellence.
+ Comfort working independently and in diverse, multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

**Compensation**
**AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK:** $122,900 - $162,800
**MB & ON:** $112,100 - $154,400
**NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:** $111,000 - $147,400
