**Overview:**
Pure Technologies is seeking a process oriented, quality focused Production Technician to work with a fast paced and dynamic production group, to support development and manufacturing of Pure's core technologies and tools to meet Pure's expanding business needs.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:**
+ Complete electro mechanical assemblies through in-house training and assembly documentation
+ Maintain & update production related documents with accuracy and effectiveness
+ Test products as required
+ Ability to use hand and power tools
+ Perform repetitive tasks
+ Able to lift 50 lbs. (on occasion)
+ Cable and harness assembly (crimping, soldering)
+ General shop tasks
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:**
+ Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
+ Able to follow complex and detailed technical documents with attention to procedure
+ Disciplined work ethic displaying initiative & requiring minimal supervision
+ Excellent mechanical aptitude
+ Understanding of electronic component assembly and wiring
+ Experience with evolving production processes, improvements and implementations
+ Able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and changing priorities
+ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
+ 1-2 years' experience in small batch electronics and equipment manufacturing
+ Grade 12 diploma
+ Mechanical and/or Electronics background an asset
