Position Summary:


The Project Manager is responsible for leading a new, company-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation that will modernize systems, improve processes, and enable scalable growth. This role is critical to enabling operational excellence and scalable growth by replacing legacy systems with an integrated ERP solution.


Responsibilities & Expectations:


Planning & Business Optimization

  • Lead the planning and execution of a company-wide ERP implementation, from initiation through post-go-live stabilization.
  • Analyze current‑state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future‑state solutions supported by technology and process improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success metrics, and governance structures.


Project Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and external implementation partners.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate processes, and drive alignment.
  • Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented environment with clear roles, expectations, and accountability.


Risk Management & Execution Excellence

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop and execute mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Apply project management best practices to maintain execution discipline and quality.


Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including communications, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Support employees in adapting to new processes and technologies, addressing resistance and readiness gaps.


Resource & Vendor Management

  • Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Coordinate and oversee ERP vendors and implementation partners, monitoring performance against deliverables.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs to measure project and optimization outcomes.
  • Provide clear, concise status updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead post‑implementation reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.


Desired Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with business process transformation and change management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or other project management certification considered an asset.
  • Experience working with ERP vendors and system integrators is preferred.
