Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist, based in Sherwood Park, AB. The Administrative Specialist will handle booking, invoicing, and key administrative support tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing and maintaining records, handling communication across departments and with clients, and assisting with financial processes. Exceptional customer service and liaising to address inquiries professionally will also be key components of the role.


Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries and provide support effectively.
  • Strong Analytical and Finance skills to manage records, process billing tasks, and perform data assessments.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, documentation, and office organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office software applications and familiarity with database and scheduling systems.
  • Detail-oriented, with time management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • An understanding of safety training and related industries is considered an asset.
  • College or University degree required; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are preferred.
  • Experience in the Safety Training or similar is a significant asset.
