Job Title: Commodity Manager

Responsibilities

OSP / Special Processing Commodity Support

* Track, renew, and maintain NDAs, Annual Reps & Certs, and 3210 approvals for all direct suppliers.

* Manage Vendor Master setup

* Set up and maintain MFTs and supplier master files.

* Conduct Supplier Processing Surveys and maintain a central master file of results.

* Provide support to Production Operation for offloads and manage project plans for offloads; monitor milestones and lead supplier review meetings.

* Support Buyers/Procurement/Suppliers with expediting OSP activities and processing supplier follow-ups.

* Manage offload RFQs/quotes, perform cost analysis, and maintain an organized quote database.

* Review and process supplier approval request forms, determine its rational and ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.

* Coordinate processing suppliers for supplier setup, MPS submission and approvals and track progress on FAI, and with Engineering and Quality.

* Drive delivery and problem resolution at suppliers; escalate risks that may impact schedule or quality.

Raw Material Commodity Support

* Process raw material RFQs and coordinate with supplier and cost negotiation.

Cross-Commodity & Execution Support

* Maintain regular, structured, timely communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates.

* Step in to lead activities when ownership is unclear to ensure continuity and execution.

* Support reporting and compliance readiness activities.

Required / Desired Qualifications

* Prior experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or commodity support (manufacturing/aerospace preferred), considered a plus.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

* SAP experience is a strong asset (Vendor Master, sourcing, or procurement modules).
