• Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (based on experience) - Foreman/Project Manager
• Salary: Up to $50/hr.. (based on experience) - Supervisor
• Salary- Up to $50/hr. (based on experience) - Lead hand
• Salary- Up to $30/hr. (based on experience) - Apprentice

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on an upcoming high-rise tower project. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in large-scale, multi-storey electrical systems and strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices on-site
• Plan, organize, and schedule electrical installations for high-rise projects
• Ensure all work complies with the BC Electrical Code  and site safety standards
• Coordinate daily with site management and other trades
• Track material usage and provide progress reports to the project manager
• Mentor and train apprentices and junior electricians
• Electrical designs and layout for projects.
• Attend Trade meetings on site

Qualifications:

• Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician  (required) or FSR Certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience , including 5+ years in a foreman or lead role
• Proven experience in high-rise or large-scale commercial projects
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Bluebeam  (required)
• Valid driver’s license and personal tools
