Role Overview

This role is designed for junior to mid-level Technical Project Managers who want hands-on exposure to modern AI, data, and cloud delivery environments. You will support and gradually take ownership of delivery execution, working closely with senior delivery leaders, architects, engineers, and clients.

The role emphasizes learning by doing it. You will be involved in real-world project planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and execution across multiple initiatives, gaining accelerated experience in managing complex, technology-driven projects in a fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of digital transformation, AI-based innovation, data-driven, and cloud-native projects
• Assist in defining delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution timelines
• Track project progress, risks, and issues; escalate proactively when support is needed
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers, architects, and designers
• Maintain consistent, transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and best practices within TechioSoft
• Help ensure delivery quality, documentation accuracy, and alignment with agreed client outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or technical project management
• Exposure to AI, data, or cloud-based projects
• Strong communication presentation and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in fast-changing environments
• Self-motivated and proactive self-starter who takes initiative, works effectively with minimal supervision, and consistently drives results in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• PMP-certified or working toward PMP certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with DevOps, ML Ops, and CI/CD practices
• Experience in consulting, startup, or product environments
