• Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent
• Certified Scrum Master | PMP and/or PMI
• Highly Experienced Technical Product-Owner (Scrum Master)
• Highly Experienced with Technical Strategy Consultation
• Highly Experienced with Technical Project Estimation
• Highly Experienced with Technical Architecture (Python | Java-Script - Modular Applications)
• Highly Experienced with Technical Quality Control Workmanship Analyzation  
• Strong Team Management Experience & Skillset
• Strong Network of Operational Resources

REQUIRED \"Daily Roles & Responsibilities\":

• Project Strategy Consultant: Support in Solution Design; identify and recommend the most suitable approach (e.g., Technical community apps, third-party integrations, or custom development).
• Project Estimator: Define Objectives and Requirements; establish the project goals, high-level specifications, and acceptance criteria. Also, provide estimates for the required work and resources.
• Quality Control Analyst: Validation; ensuring the solution delivered meets the agreed specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Consult | Mentor | Grow | Manage an Experienced Technology Operations Team

REQUIRED \"Availability\":

• Hours of Availability: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm EST (New York).
• 60-Day Probation Period: Part-Time (Hours Dependent on Probation Projects)
• After Probation Period: Full-Time

• Hourly Rate: $40 per Hour (USD)
