Altitude Athletic Training is seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager & Operations Lead to oversee and elevate our front-of-house experience, drive sales performance, and manage the day-to-day operations of our high-performance facility with a view towards growth.


About the Role:

You’ll be at the heart of everything we do — overseeing our front desk team, driving sales and memberships, and ensuring the facility runs like a well-oiled and efficient machine.

We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable with a CRM as they are with coaching up a team, handling a customer inquiry, or solving a problem on the fly. You’ll work closely with our coaching staff, marketing, front of house and leadership teams to make sure the member experience is seamless.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall facility operations and uphold high performance and customer service standards
  • Lead front-of-house excellence, delivering a premium member experience
  • Own membership sales, retention, and revenue growth strategy
  • Lead team scheduling, performance standards, and culture development
  • Optimize systems including CRM, scheduling, billing, and reporting
  • Track key performance metrics and drive operational improvements
  • Support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives

  • Have experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality or related industries. Particularly experience managing a boutique gym, wellness centre or training facility
  • Can juggle multiple responsibilities without dropping the ball
  • Know how to drive memberships and build strong community relationships
  • Are people-focused, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Are tech-comfortable (familiar with CRM systems, POS, scheduling software, etc.)
  • Have impeccable communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Understand sales as service — you’re comfortable asking for the sale, overcoming objections respectfully, tracking KPIs, and consistently driving revenue while maintaining integrity
  • Hardworking, high integrity and drive for growth

  • Familiarity with fitness/wellness marketing and lead generation
  • Passion for adventure, athletics, or the outdoors
