We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Analyst Customer Applications Support

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Job Type: Onsite

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years as a Flight Operations Engineer or similar role
• Airlines operations
• Flight dynamics knowledge
• Able to manage pilot discussion on operations and procedures
• Bachelors in Aeronautics Engineering

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

• Flight data knowledge
• Data analysis/Quality check
• Coding knowledge (bash)
• AI or ML knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Product Monitoring and Reporting Leader, the PMR Analyst is overall responsible for the following key activities:

• Onboarding new teams for our customers in operations
• Create and validate Savings Reports
• Assist the customer with any change requests they may need
• Monitoring of internal SLAs and performance metrics
• Provide support to help manage incidents: investigations and troubleshooting
