Our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing solutions , is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established organization known for quality, innovation, and long-term stability.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in delivering a positive experience while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as needed
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Follow company guidelines and customer service standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
