Über

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of commercial glazing and building envelope projects. This role is responsible for overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction from project award through closeout.

This is a leadership position requiring strong construction execution expertise, financial oversight, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of commercial glazing projects from initiation to completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Oversee procurement of materials, labor, and equipment to ensure timely delivery
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with scope and constructability
  • Identify and mitigate project risks including schedule delays, cost overruns, and safety concerns
  • Manage change orders, contract documentation, and financial reporting
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and uphold quality standards
  • Coordinate estimators, engineers, fabricators, and field personnel to drive execution
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial glazing or building envelope preferred)
  • Strong understanding of curtain wall, storefront, façade, or exterior systems
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
  • Experience with contract administration and change order management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of site safety and quality control standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
