About the Role

Customer success means a lot more than account management at SoilFLO. You’ll work closely with our key accounts on business-critical campaigns and come to understand their businesses deeply, acting as a strategic advisor when they need someone to call.

The Customer Success Associate will drive the successful adoption of SoilFLO and guide clients in optimizing the way they manage their earthworks. You will be expected to implement complex projects, manage customer health and communicate effectively with external stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through renewal and expansion
  • Build trusted relationships with key accounts and become their go-to SoilFLO resource
  • Monitor account health proactively and lead the renewal process
  • Partner with clients to drive meaningful product adoption and unlock new use cases
  • Identify product pain points and product improvement opportunities


Preferred Qualifications

  • You have a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • You have 1–3 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • You have a track record of taking initiative and solving problems on your own
  • You enjoy a cross-functional role where you get to collaborate outside of your department (i.e. product and sales)
  • You can bring ideas to help product usage and retention through data-driven decision-making
  • You like to analyze data and have a strong working knowledge of customer success KPIs
  • You are ambitious, hardworking, and excited to be part of an early-stage startup
  • You are comfortable visiting construction sites from time to time and meeting with customers
  • You have familiarity with tools such as Metabase, Avoma, HubSpot, and Aircall
