Who You Are

We’re looking for a sharp, high-energy Assistant General Manager to help lead the charge at three of the busiest spots in the city. Between the sports at Dublin Calling, the mini-golf at Par-Tee Putt, and the events at Slate, there is never a dull moment.

• Running the Floor: Leading the team during busy shifts across all three concepts.
• Staff Wins: Hiring, training, and motivating a crew that people actually want to work with.
• The Business Side: Keeping an eye on labour costs, inventory, and hitting sales and service targets.
• Guest Experience: Making sure every guest—from a corporate party to a sports fan—has a great time.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience: 2+ years of management in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Energy: You thrive when the music is loud and the room is full.
• Reliability: You’re a pro who shows up, solves problems, and stays cool under pressure.
• Certifications: You have your Serving It Right (SIR).
