Peoplesoft Administrator

·Lead and manage PeopleSoft environment setup, maintenance, cloning, and troubleshooting activities.

·Oversee installation, configuration, and patching of PeopleSoft applications and PeopleTools across environments.

·Manage and monitor WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker components.

·Perform PeopleTools and application upgrades, including applying PUM images and tax updates using Change Assistant.

·Collaborate with development and functional teams for migration of code, configuration, and data across environments.

·Administer security across PeopleSoft layers including LDAP, SSL, rolespermissions, and firewalls.

·Optimize system performance by tuning application servers, web servers, and database connections.

·Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

·Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution for performance, integration, and system failures.

·Coordinate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, and thirdparty vendors to support PeopleSoft uptime and compliance.

·Guide junior administrators and provide support in training, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
