Senior Anaplan Consultant

Base Salary: $120,000 – $155,000 + Bonus

About the Role

We are partnering with a fast-growing, boutique Anaplan consultancy to hire a Senior Anaplan Consultant. Due to several large enterprise projects kicking off, the firm is expanding its delivery team and seeking experienced consultants who can lead workstreams while remaining hands-on in model delivery.

The Senior Consultant level is where leadership within delivery begins, mentoring junior team members, owning client relationships, and driving end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan implementations from requirements gathering through deployment
• Translate complex business processes into scalable, best-practice Anaplan solutions
• Drive FP&A-focused planning engagements (primary domain)
• Support additional use cases across Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, and Sales Performance Management
• Mentor Analysts and Consultants across project teams
• Serve as a client-facing lead and manage stakeholder relationships
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned to business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 4+ years of Anaplan experience
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Anaplan implementations
• Strong functional understanding of business processes (FP&A-heavy)
• Experience in Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, or SPM is a plus
• Confident client-facing presence with strong communication skills
• Ability to lead workstreams while remaining hands-on
