Industry: Regulated Manufacturing (Pharma, Food, Beauty, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, or Similar)

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000


Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Brampton to hire an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager. We are seeking a hands‑on leader with a strong background in maintenance operations within regulated, high‑standards manufacturing environments such as pharmaceutical, food, beauty/cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or other facilities governed by strict quality and safety requirements.


This role requires a proven ability to lead maintenance teams, drive equipment reliability, and uphold compliance across all plant systems. You will play a key role in maximizing uptime, supporting capital projects, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.


What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance and facilities teams.

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all maintenance activities across the facility.

• Build and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance supply management.

• Support new equipment onboarding, upgrades, and capital projects.

• Provide clear project updates, including timelines and deliverables.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and corrective action.

• Monitor equipment performance to reduce downtime and identify improvements.

• Lead and enforce safety programs, training, and compliance.

• Partner with production to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure all work complies with SOPs, regulatory standards, and health & safety legislation.

• Perform additional duties as required.


What You Bring

• 5–10 years of maintenance leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma, food, beauty/cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or similar).

• Strong background in maintenance operations, facilities management, and equipment reliability.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong problem‑solving ability with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Comfortable with day‑shift leadership and on‑call responsibilities.

• Experience with cGMP or other regulated quality systems is a strong asset.
